Eligibility

Student-athletes must be CLEARED in RankOne PRIOR to practice. They need the following items complete.

1. Physical on file with athletic trainer - https://www.uiltexas.org/files/athletics/forms/PrePhysFormRvsd1_10_20.pdf
2. RankOne forms submitted and signed. (Access through the DISD athletic page, forms)- https://www.rankonesport.com/content/Parent/Parent
